Sustainable Development Goals

Responsible Consumption and Production (SDG 12)

With that in mind, below is a high-level summary of the NUST’s potential to align with all 17 SDGs: Goal No. 12: Reduce wasteful production and consumption: To reduce trash and create recycling programs on campus; to raise awareness of the importance of adopting sustainable consumption patterns among students and staff. All members of the university community, including administration, teachers, and researchers, must work together on these projects. Tracking progress and achieving significant sustainable outcomes across the SDGs at the NUST will need consistent assessment, reporting, and coordination with external stakeholders.‎
